The listings are available on a recurring monthly subsciption. One month is the minimum term you are contracted to. This single month contract auto renews through the subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so and no further payment will be taken after the end of the current subscribed period.

As the minimum contracted term is one month, no refunds can be given regardless of when the cancelation takes place.
